Cardboard Box Tomb

In the corner of my closet

sits a clear box storing papers,

books, and sentimental objects.

Within the clear box is a s

maller cardboard box

which holds my soulcorpses.

Shrouded in ziploc, dried fragile

bodies that were once rooted

in sacred land, saturated

with medicinal souloils.

In the corner of my closet

sits my stowed away loves

and losses.

When I need to smell

souloils lingering on

deadsoulbuds, I pull out

my special cardboard box.
